Bearing Grade or its Precision Class
The grade of a bearing refers to its precision class, which determines its dimensional accuracy and rotational accuracy. As per ISO standard, the grade of bearing can be roughly classified into the following:
▼ P0: The most common general grade, suitable for most general-purpose mechanical equipment.
▼ P6: One level higher than P0, used in occasions with certain requirements for rotational accuracy.
▼ P5: Higher than P6, commonly used in machine tools, motors and other equipment requiring high precision.
▼ P4: Precision grade, used in precision machine tool spindles, high-speed rotation occasions.
▼ P2: Ultra-high precision grade, mainly used in precision instruments, aerospace and other fields with extremely high precision requirements.
